  It's been an enriching and fulfilling journey since I joined Hinduja Housing Finance in November 2023 as an Area Credit Manager. In this role, I am overseeing credit team spread across six branches in Delhi & NCR. My primary responsibility entails leading and guiding a team of 12 talented Cluster Credit managers (CCMs) towards achieving our shared objectives of delivering superior credit services.I visits each undersigned location on an alternate basis. These visits not only enable me to provide on-ground support and guidance but also facilitate closer collaboration with branch teams to address any credit-related challenges and opportunities.Central to my role is the meticulous process of credit assessment and risk analysis, particularly in the context of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) cases. I take pride in overseeing the end-to-end credit lifecycle, from the initial processing and due diligence (PD) of loan applications to conducting comprehensive credit analyses based on the recommendations of my team of CCMs.Analyzing the risk associated with funding to our customers is a critical aspect of my role, and I approach this task with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of risk management practices. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, I strive to ensure that every funding decision aligns with our risk appetite and contributes to the overall financial health of the organization.In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the credit function.
