Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, I translated ambiguous business requirements into PaaS features which involved refinement of customer requests, strategic prioritisation of the roadmap items, and resolution of cross-team/domain dependencies. Most notably, I have:- owned the end-to-end delivery of high-value features requiring complex migrations during the release which our team executed with zero platform downtime;- defined and owned the delivery of over a dozen small iterations saving clients 300 hours in annual CRM operation costs on average;- independently outlined a cross-functional initiative to address the needs of vulnerable customers based on the FCA guidelines.

Working alongside the Senior Product Owner, I produced Jira tickets and release notes on Confluence while facilitating weekly rituals to ensure successful delivery of roadmap items by our team. Most notably, I have:- co-owned the delivery of 5 epics;- implemented a dashboard in our team’s Confluence space with some elements now adopted by other teams;- advanced the “Shift Left” initiative from the QA community with an implementation of the “Three Amigos” cadence in our team.

After winning the UCL Launch 2019, I had led a remote team consisting of a technical co-founder, several interns, and temporary consultants to prototype, validate, and deliver a commercially viable SaaS product that automated cause marketing for eCommerce brands. Most notably, I have:- conducted over 80 exploratory interviews;- designed and built the complete user interface with HTML/CSS;- owned the entire product delivery from ideation to production.

Working alongside other co-founders, I have coordinated the delivery of a cross-platform mobile marketplace for student living that had 100,000 rooms listed when I left the team. Most notably, I have:- owned the research underpinning personality matching features;- conducted over 30 usability testing sessions;- introduced sprints, story pointing, and RICE prioritisation.

Working from the Office of the First Lady of Namibia Monica Geingos, I contributed to the NGO’s annual risk assessment, omnichannel public engagement campaigns, and meetings with the Windhoek City Council.

At Investor Network of Namibia, I was responsible for lead generation and communication with investors interested in funding this social enterprise.
