Account Relationship Manager
Current- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.- Ensure regular communication to keep clients updated on project progress, issues, and solutions.- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.- Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals for expanding services.- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the agreed-upon quality standards.- Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams to manage expectations and requirements.- Oversee contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and preventing churn.- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, project delivery, and technical support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on account strategies and objectives.
