Current Managing projects from initiation, implementation through to completion. Provide high level consulting and implementation services. Responsible for training the client on each products. Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts. Understand the business process of a client and design modules. Hands on implementation experience of multiple functional modules like Asset Management, CRM, HRM, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Construction, Contracting, Retail and Real Estate. Managed multiple projects for customers with more than 700 employees and adapt to frequent change. Provide presentation of functional modules to client’s top level management. Designing reports for customers based on their requirement with SAP Crystal Report. Taking the requirements for any modification / customization required for the client. Testing the modification done for a client and deliver. Designing the forms which are required and communicate it with development team. Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion. Responsible for the completion of all documentation. Producing Test Plans and reports. Prepare contract documentation. Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
