Amazon Physical Stores - IHAD (Inventory Health and Discovery team)We own software tools and services that is critical for stores to maintain inventory health and also provide the tools and services for product search and discovery. The tools and services operate on hundreds of thousands of products spanning thousands of stores while maintaining low latency and high accuracy.

AWS Lambda - Counting ServiceIt is a subsystem that is responsible to track and enforce customer Lambda function's concurrency and TPS (transaction per second) limits. The system serves millions of requests per second with low single digit millisecond response latency.

A440 is the hub for artists, arts organizations, and venues to share and connect with their audiences through a collaborative and arts focused community.

Worked with the Capital One External Data Bureau team to develop a platform and service for external data management.• 10-week remote intern program at Capital One Headquarters based in Richmond, VA.• Designed and implemented a web application from scratch.• Integrated hosting with Amazon S3.• Built lambdas that processed user input from the web application.• Integrated database storage with DynamoDB.• Developed scripts that converted data files (CSV, Parquet, FWF).• Developed end-to-end and unit testing for the project.Tech Stack:• React, Javascript, HTML, CSS - Used for UI/Frontend development of the web application.• S3 - Cloud storage used to host the web application.• DynamoDB - NoSQL database used for storage of user service data.• Lambda - Scripts that processed user input and converted data files.• Python - The language used to create scripts for the lambdas.• Jenkins - Used for automatic deployment of service components.• Cypress and React Testing Library - Used for end-to-end and unit testing of the project.

RiceApps is comprised of several agile student teams, building applications for project stakeholders in and around Rice University.• Part of a team of 6 to design and develop a web-based application using MEAN stack to help Rice students organize carpooling.• Worked in an industry-standard agile development cycle (weekly scrum and sprint sessions).

Worked with the Shell IT team to develop monitoring code for Shell's development sandbox.• 6-week (originally 12) remote intern program at Shell Headquarters based in Houston, TX.• Developed several python scripts to monitor the sandbox environment.• Scripts monitor a variety of different environment statuses such as resource usage, cost, and security hazards.Tech Stack:• Microsoft Azure - The main service that Shell uses to provision sandboxes. Specifically I used Microsoft Azure’s Python SDK to query sandbox data.• Python - The language used to create scripts that monitor various parts of the provisioned sandboxes.• Docker - Used to migrate the scripts into containers for easy production use.• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) - Container management and cronjob deployment.

Worked with the OpenStax tutor, BIT, and Unified teams to develop and run testing on all code released during the Summer.• 12-week intern program at OpenStax CNX headquarters in Houston, TX.• Developed a new OpenStax project called OpenStax Link which connects students and teachers with a fully integrated discussion space for the tutor project.Tech Stack:• TestRail - A test management platform that helps you streamline your software testing processes, get visibility into QA, and release high-quality software.• Jira - Agile planning service
