CurrentMy current role as VP Operations reports to the CEO and oversees People, Finance, Legal, Operations and Risk. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, my objectives are to improve Reejig's profitability by driving financial and operational efficiency, while cultivating a high performance culture where employees can reach their full potential.ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:β¨ Manage flex team of 7 made up of accountants, advisors, lawyers, and IT support.β¨ Key member of the Information Security Management Team, successfully managed the completion of 4x ISO27001, 2x SOC2, and 4x Ethical AI Bias audits.β¨ Own the Operations and People department budgets, as well as the overall company financial forecast.β¨ Oversee and manage all of Reejig's hiring across the US, Australia and Philippines.β¨ Drive the company's quarterly OKR process including goal-setting and continuous feedback.β¨ Oversee the preparation of board and investor materials.β¨ Contract negotiations for large enterprise deals across US, UK, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
