I also train and supervise other psychologists and counselors in my team, ensuring quality and ethical standards of practice.With an Mphil in clinical psychology from King George's Medical University and an MSc in clinical psychology from Christ University, I have developed proficiency in psychological assessments, cognitive therapy, behavior therapy, anger and distress tolerance, stress management, and relaxation techniques. I am actively practicing Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), a cutting-edge approach that combines acceptance and change strategies to help clients cope with their problems. Besides my clinical work, I am also a mental health advocate and a published author. I have contributed to national and international journals, such as Psychologs, on topics related to mental health and well-being. I frequently organize workshops and seminars on destigmatizing mental health, psychoeducating the community, and providing practical knowledge to aspiring psychologists.
