Welcome! My name is Jean Pierre, a Creative Director with years of strategic communication and branding experience. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and have worked in Latin American and American agencies as well as startups, across a variety of mediums, gaining valuable experience in team scaling. My skills encompass conceptualization through execution, spanning various media types including audio production, video, print, and branding.My current role began within a small Creative Team at a new startup, where we initially only had a logo and typeface to define our identity. Over time, I've grown into a role of managing a Creative Team that collaborates with multiple brands and departments, handling a diverse array of creative tasks. I've successfully implemented a branding system that has evolved in sync with the brand's growth. In my department, responsibilities range from product ideation, apparel, and collaterals to packaging, environmental graphics, lifestyle and product photography, conceptual print and video ads, as well as UX design.I thrive in collaborative environments that foster learning from others, embracing constructive criticism, and devising creative solutions. When I'm not working, you'll find me creating music, exploring different parts of the world, and discovering local trails and plants alongside my dog.
