REEF is a company with over 35 years of heritage focused on creating sandals that let people anywhere experience the fun, freedom, and spirit of the beach.My role was to oversee all touchpoints of the REEF brand with the customer at our independent & national retail partners, events, tradeshows, and global brand affiliates. I focused on creating positive experiences with our community, supporting our retail partners, managing the marketing budget, developing go-to-market strategies, and demand generation. Some highlights include:1. Led the design, production, and execution of REEF's shop-in-shop retail sections, tradeshow exhibits, retail fixtures, and point of purchase glorifiers.2. Grew Amazon business by building brand store and product page A+ content that received “best in class” ratings from Amazon.3. Developed a new approach to merchandising in-store by creating consumer navigation glorifiers and merchandising guidelines based off customer shopping patterns learned through a brand initiated consumer study. This led to an improved shopping experience of our sandal sections within retail stores and increased sales.4. Created a customer sweepstakes leveraging our top surf ambassador to promote a new product with our 25 top retail partners. The sweepstakes received over 27,000 consumer entries which led to increased sales, brand awareness and loyalty with both consumers and retail partners.

Located in California’s Sequoia National Park, Hume Lake is home to Ponderosa Camp where over the course of a summer 10,000+ high schoolers come up to experience a week of camp. My duties as the lead Recreation Coordinator were to facilitate activities, recreation games, and events for the campers throughout summer as well as manage a recreation staff, and build relationships.

Apoc Apparel was a beach inspired lifestyle apparel company that made shirts, hats and outerwear. Started by four friends in our college dorm room, we hustled in our spare time between classes and studying and grew the business to be a staple in the San Luis Obispo community and beyond.• Oversaw and directed all operations of the company• Developed a unique marketing promotion giving our audience a chance to get their own designs in the next apparel line. The promotion 10x'd our engagement and grew our audience and brand loyalty.• Created a campaign to raise money for the Japanese 2011 tsunami, which resulted in the single largest donation to the Red Cross on the Central Coast
