Application Solutions Administrator
Current- Administration of Salesforce platform, EDI and other integrated applications- Provide real‐time support for issues relating to Salesforce, EDI and other integrated applications- Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of application errors and problems- Assist with break/fix requests in Salesforce & EDI platforms- Maintain and customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, workflow & approval processes, profiles, roles, security settings, sharing, validation rules, and alerts- Leverage declarative tools to enhance system configurations while adhering to best practices- Assist in system testing to ensure enhancements work properly- Handle ad hoc report & dashboard requests in Salesforce platform- Provision new users & assist with new user training in multiple applications- Contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives- Use tools for data scrubbing, existing record updates, and importing new data- Work with Sales team to establish Salesforce requirements and modifications
