About Dan Horn
After a history of traveling contract work, I changed up and went into Public Service Dispatch specializing in Fire and EMS dispatch and Emergency Medical Dispatch. As that evolved, I moved on to HEMS and Air Medical Dispatch at MedFlight of Ohio's Communication Center, MedComm. That led me to becoming the System Administrator for the ACD phone system [RingCentral / NICE In Contact] in 2021 and the fleetwide Radio coordinator for MedFlight and MedCare Ambulance in 2023. I love a good technological challenge and enjoy being an on-call support system for a multifaceted medical transport company especially in regards to the Communications Center.
