In this multifaceted role, I perform several key functions:Product Management:- Responsible for increasing adoption of the product across the firm.- I work closely with end-users to gather feedback on pain points, desired features, and overall satisfaction.- Craft the product roadmap, quarterly plans, and summaries, prioritizing the team's engineering backlog based on user insights.People Management:- Mentor team members, set expectations, and nurture professional development.- Play a role in resource allocation, forecasting, and recruitment efforts.- Safeguard harmony and morale while also pushing for results.Individual Contribution:- Guide architectural decisions to enhance system stability, security, and scalability.- Review code changes to uphold quality standards.- Build features and fixes alongside developers, modeling best practices.
