Their instructional ethos is informed by their collegiate concentration in medieval and modern philosophy, and the inherent requirement for linguistic specificity. They are responsible for singlehandedly developing the training library for INGO Nonviolent Peaceforce from scratch, and having said library adapted on the international level. Other prominent collaborations include Vision Change Win, Asian American Federation, Election Defenders, Jews For Racial and Economic Justice, and the Building Movement Project.
