As an Automation Intern, I played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through the implementation of automated solutions. I developed and implemented functionalities such as a Bulk Order Functionality, a Chatbot AI for customer engagement, and automated Email processes. I also integrated with Google Shopping and managed Google Ads and Facebook Ads for targeted marketing, and gained hands-on experience with CRM systems.I contributed to significant sales growth, achieving sales of 10L in May-June, 15L in June-July, and 18L in July-August, resulting in an impressive sales increment of 8L. This experience has given me a solid foundation in automation, sales optimization, and CRM, and I am excited to apply these skills in future opportunities.
