I recorded over 40 short videos of myself attending campus events, showcasing local and on-campus locations of interest, and shared personal narratives in a "research interview." These videos will then act as a bit of "virtual tour" for prospective students on NIU's official social channels.

At the Writers' Workshop, we work with first-year composition students enrolled in the CHANCE program and offer them support and guidance with writing and English classes. I have met with over 200 unique clients through both our office location and online. Whether in the classroom with their teacher, in a one-on-one session, or through a presentation I am conducting, I am always striving to listen to my clients and offer them the skills that they can use to meet their goals. I love the environment that the staff have created at the Writers' Workshop and I am always striving to create a more welcoming environment; I have created handouts to be used by new hires, given feedback to my supervisors during the hiring process, and trained 6 new hires. I was awarded the Queen Victoria Hardison Award for Excellence in Tutoring in April of 2024.

At Kohl's, I worked as a part-time sales associate. Usually stationed in the Home & Kids or Shoes departments, I was in charge of maintaining the visual appearance of the store's displays, putting out merchandise, unpacking truck deliveries, and training new associates in my department. On register, I sold customers on our Kohl's Credit Cards; I met my credit-sales goal in October 2023. I also handled our online orders, gathering our products from the floor and packing them either for in-store pickup, or for customers at home, packaging and sorting our products to be shipped from store. At Kohl's, I worked closely with my supervisors to create over 20 in-store displays for new product shipments. I was named Associate of the Month in July 2023.

At the drive-thru window, I handled taking customer orders, worked with delivery drivers, and stood as an intermediary between the customer and my fellow staff.
