• Managed accounts payable activities such as receiving and processing invoices, preparing related journal entries and completing monthly reconciliations• Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer• Review and process vendor invoices with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.• Process vendor payments using various methods such as wire transfers, online payments, etc. to ensure timely and efficient payments.• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any queries that vendors may have regarding their accounts to ensure a smooth payment process.• Keep accounts up-to-date with all expenses and payments transactions to ensure that financial records are accurate and complete.• Handle banking transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Complete PAN India GT Billing as per the PO punching received.• Responsible to complete distributor bank entries.• Responsible to cross check vendor payments.• Responsible to resolve different billing issues PAN India• Responsible to Daily Basis Credit Card Transaction processing & Credit Card Reconcilation• Responsible to check and clear all PAN India TADA Claims
