Our focus is on learning and proven solutions to enhance any business. I authored the book, LGBTQ Inclusion for Medical Professionals. I am also a US Department of Defense trained Suicide Prevention Counselor.As a professionally trained Instructor by Microsoft & the US Department of Defense, I utilize the proven techniques and current scientific discoveries, to provide government agencies, their leaders, and business with ingenious strategies & tools for success. I have had the privilege of teaching professionals at organizations including the US Air Force, the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Auburn University's (AUM) Medical Clinic, Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU), and a national non-profit organization Parents and Families of Lesbian and Gay’s (PFLAG).A few features of my career include serving as the sole Engineer, and lead Systems Administrator, for the largest US Air Force Active Directory; including the first ever integration of Active Directory Group Policy enforced Security. A SharePoint Systems Administrator for one of the largest US DoD agencies, the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
