I have been passionate about health & well being my entire life. I was heavily into sport at school & continued along this path when I completed a Human Movements Degree at the University of Queensland. I then did a Diploma of Education & entered into the teaching profession, teaching both Health & Physical Education & Senior English.Since this time I have been in & out of the wellness industry, working in corporate sports marketing roles (as well as mainstream marketing roles) in addition to acting as a supply teacher whilst raising my two boys. It was when my sons had just graduated from school that I became aware of F45 Training. Both boys had Certificates in Fitness & opening an F45 studio afforded us the opportunity to build a family business in the true sense of the word. I loved the whole concept of F45 - it truly is 'Team Training, Life Changing' at its best! It provides me the opportunity to work closely with people of all ages & stages in their health & fitness journey, & really make a difference! I am particularly motivated by assisting women to get back into fitness after years spent dedicating themselves to raising families.I have a few side hustles - I have written 5 children's books (the 'Cha Cha Series' through which I raised funds for Guide Dogs Australia. I am in the process of launching an e-commerce business called 'Beach Nest'. Watch this space!
