Flamenco has been my passion since the age of five when I began dancing at "Estudio Flamenco Marilse Vargas" in Valencia, Venezuela. I immediately fell in love with the art form, thanks in large part to my first teacher, Erika Vargas. Over the next eight years, I immersed myself in flamenco, gaining invaluable skills and insights that would shape my future career.At 13, I joined "Las Lizarraga," where I explored a different style that significantly expanded my growth as a dancer. By 16, I was part of the Pre-Company, and I began teaching classes, further deepening my connection to dance. My journey culminated in becoming a member of "Venezuela Viva," directed by Carolina Lizarraga, where I had the incredible opportunity to travel and perform at notable events such as the British Red Cross Gala in London and the International Fireworks Festival in Taiwan.Gitanillas Dance Studio was my home in Miami, where I taught flamenco and hip hop for about 2 years.

From 2009 to 2014, I was a professional dancer with "Venezuela Viva," a vibrant musical production that artfully weaves the history of Venezuela through a fusion of acting and flamenco dance. During my time with the company, I had the privilege of performing at prestigious venues, including the iconic Teresa Carreño Theater, as part of a national tour across Venezuela.In addition to our national performances, I proudly represented Venezuela at significant international events, such as the Annual Gala of the British Red Cross in London (2011) and the International Fireworks Festival in Mioli, Taiwan (2012). These experiences have enriched my artistic journey and deepened my commitment to showcasing the beauty of Venezuelan culture through dance.
