Reporting directly to the C-suite, I provided regular updates and played a pivotal role in project evolution.My professional journey began in IT support, where I developed strong foundations in customer success and interpersonal skills. Achieving accolades such as exceeding SLAs and customer feedback reports, I was promoted to manage the support desk at the age of 19. Armed with a degree in Business Management with Enterprise and entrepreneurship, I have been successful both academically and professionally.
