Over the past 9 years, I’ve helped some of the largest technology brands design, develop, and deliver some of the most recognized customer training and certification programs in their respective industries.I started my career working in process innovation for emerging technologies and through that journey had the opportunity to implement and identify how complex products are adopted, loved, and amplified through word of mouth and content. 
This journey is known more formally to many as “Customer Education” and has moved from Marketing to Customer Success and other departments within most organizations. In 2015, I started a creative agency designed to help brands specifically overcome the training content and customer education program development hurdle. 

Many businesses are asking a lot of a small team, and that team needs a trusted partner that can extend their capacity and deliver programs that feel “in house.” 

So that’s what I (and my team) do - deliver exceptional customer education content to skyrocket your customers’ success.To date, we’ve delivered thousands of video lessons, implemented academies from the ground up, and helped stand up internal operations to handle day-to-day customer education operations.
