As a Service Design Director II at Truist, one of the largest financial services companies in the US, I led a team of service designers and researchers to create holistic and human-centered solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive retention and growth for the business in the midst of a merger. With over 10 years of experience in human-centered design and 5 years of direct experience building and leading service innovations, I have a proven track record of facilitating groups of various sizes and backgrounds, from small workshops to large-scale events with over 500 participants.My mission is to improve peoples' lives through design, by applying user research, data analysis, and creative problem-solving techniques to understand the needs, behaviors, and emotions of the users and stakeholders. I am passionate about making the complex simple through strong communication design. Additionally, I am a certified yoga instructor and Reiki master, and I enjoy sharing my passion for wellness and mindfulness with others.
