My career in finance started when I have completed my B.Com with a first class from Kerala University, in the year 2002 and joined the Muthoot group. After completing almost 2 years of successful career with them, I have shifted to Middle East looking for a new beginning in my life. In November 2004 I joined a small company in Abu Dhabi as an In Charge of cash and accounts. During that period I completed the MBA from Sikkim Manipal University.After joining UAE Exchange in the year 2007 February, I have started my career as a Customer Service Executive in one of the branch. It was a nice period, where I was able to enjoy my job assisting varieties of customer’s & their innumerable needs. Later I was moved to Internal Audit Dept. to Dubai Region, which also helped to improve my knowledge and abilities in the audit and finance side. In Dec 2009, I was reassigned to Finance & Accounts Dept, when the Internal Auditing was outsourced. UAE Exchange, the first and only exchange house, who holds a principal membership with Master Card, started its relation with a launch of Pay Roll cards ‘SMART PAY’ and I was assigned the responsibility of the ‘Reconciliation & Settlement’. Yes, it was a tough & challenging role to start off with, as we need to start from the zilch. On a daily basis various reconciliations (both off-us & on-us) and followed by Settlement with both VISA & Master Card. But we were able to achieve it without many concerns and later we launched our second ‘invention’ in the prepaid card industry ‘GOCASH MULTI-CURRENCY CARDS’, which is unique in this region & where we does a daily reconciliation of multi-currencies & settlement with Master Card. Later 2017, I moved back to India, Chennai for heading the Central Processing Unit for Cards under Unimoni Global Business Services (UNIMONI GBS/ Formerly known as XM Software Solutions Private Limited), where end to end operations handling for the UAE Exchange card programs including Fraud and Risk Monitoring Team and Interchange (Reconciliation & Settlement) Team. 2019, I was assigned with the responsibility of Entire Smartpay Opz and Recon teams. for a short period I was also handled the Wallet team from Unimoni India (UAE Exchange Financial Services). During this period the team was awarded with many achievements including one of the prestigious in house ‘SQA’ and as the ‘Know Risk Champion’. Nevertheless, I am still aspire of..
