Responsibilities:• Maintain and support IT system including, Router/Switches , RF & Fiber links, VSAT, Computers, Printers, Scanners, and local infrastructure installed at Sui Gas Field.• Handling support calls from employees of Pakistan Petroleum Limited and/or its various affiliate companies and provide help desk support to all users with the help of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) system.• Provide hardware and software support to on desktops, laptops and/or smartphones users in order to provide uninterrupted computing resources.• Supervise and maintain Local and Wide Area Network (LAN & WAN) in coordination with IT-Head Office to ensure continuous service.• Install and configure user computers, Perform authorized software & Patches Update on all systems.• Maintain and update inventory of Field I.T Equipment.• Maintain Housekeeping after installation/up gradation of Indoor & outdoor IT related Jobs. And environment friendly disposal of IT waste like Cartridge, Toners.• Liaise with ITD HO support team for repair and maintenance of PCs and peripherals.• Liaise with ITD HO infrastructure team for the resolution of server and network related problems.• Liaise with SAP team for SAP related problems.• Maintain Backup, software repository and other accessories.• Keep track for PC consumables and ensure their availability• Implement security measures, including role-based access control (RBAC), Azure Security Center, and network security groups (NSGs).• Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies.• Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery processes.• Utilize Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates for automation of resource deployment andmanagement. Develop and maintain scripts for routine tasks and configurations.• Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.

Responsibilities:•Develop and establish technical operations, installation protocols, corrective and preventive maintenance, site inspections, and overall performance standards for communication equipment, data centers, IT expenditures, disaster recovery drills, and the implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity systems.•Ensure prompt responses to the IP-based centralized facsimile system for incoming and outgoing faxes.•Address complaints regarding PABX, PSTN, PRI, and cellular telephone lines swiftly and efficiently.•Plan, execute, and supervise periodic preemptive maintenance of telephone exchanges to ensure zero downtime due to malfunctions.•Maintain effective coordination with all cellular companies and PTCL officials to facilitate smooth operations.•Plan and manage the inventory of spare parts for telephone lines to ensure timely availability for all users.•Monitor the data center environment in collaboration with NOC staff, identifying, logging, and reporting any issues promptly.•Coordinate with the data center team to plan, execute, and supervise periodic preemptive maintenance and decontamination activities to ensure zero downtime.•Process all procurement matters related to telecommunications for the Data Center at Head Office and Disaster Recovery (DR) site in a timely manner.•Review IT expenditures and assess their benefits, assisting the team in successfully conducting disaster recovery drills.•Collaborate as a technical team member in the implementation of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity within PPL, recommending security hardening measures for ICS/OT devices.•Develop and understand high-level network diagrams of the Industrial Control System at field locations, marking various levels according to the Purdue model to support effective implementation of the OT cybersecurity system.

•Lead the technical team in executing corrective and preventive maintenance activities.•Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of cell site facilities.•Work with NEC Pasolink, Pasolink Neo, and iPasolink microwave links to ensure optimal performance.•Conduct E1/T1 loop testing and troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues.•Access microwave links through the Pasolink Network Management Terminal (PNMT) to detect and rectify faults, as well as to verify RX signal levels against established thresholds.•Manage various BSS, transmission, and operational alarm toggling to maintain system integrity.•Ensure network availability for the cluster, actively monitoring and addressing any disruptions.
