Professional Achievements:Being a business lead successfully implemented SAP S/4 HANA at Sante. This timely implementation involved end-to-end tasks including selection of right ERP, implementation partner and standardization & redesigning of processes. Implemented modules included FI, CO, MM, PP, QM and PM.▪ Revamped costing mechanism to align it with industry and best practices. It involved designing of costing processes from scratch and catering idle capacity wherever necessary.▪ Successfully implemented Harmony HCM module and integrated it with SAP.▪ Finalized end-to-end toll manufacturing arrangement for another pharma company.
