Assistant Manager
Current- Spearhead communication with the SPOCa at the client end to ensure optimal workload distribution for production teams, guaranteeing seamless project execution.- Track job progress meticulously and maintain detailed production reports to monitor productivity and identify areas for improvement.- Implement performance measurement metrics for the team, analyzing the TAT and quality of delivery using appropriate sampling techniques to drive performance enhancement.- Organize and facilitate internal team meetings for training and quality discussions, collaborating closely with dedicated trainers/QA personnel to drive long-term process improvement initiatives.- Coordinate with internal resources to allocate daily inflow and ensure flawless execution, optimizing resource utilization for maximum efficiency.- Ensure timely delivery of all projects while upholding expected quality standards, maintaining a sharp focus on meeting client expectations.- Identify and report quality and process gaps to management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.- Drive client and employee engagement processes to foster stability and promote business growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Contribute innovative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas to drive business growth, addressing core issues and challenges effectively.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness for effective project management and decision-making.
