Excited to announce that I have joined CCS Technology as an IT Support Engineer! In this role, I will be responsible for providing technical support to clients who are experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues. I will work either on-site or via remote systems to assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues. I will also be required to meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
