As a Sanchar Mitra for the Department of Telecommunications, I played a key role in creating public awareness about citizen-centric government initiatives, such as Sanchar Saathi, TAFCOP, and Chakshu, focusing on cyber hygiene and fraud prevention. My contributions included educating citizens on how to report malicious calls to avoid financial fraud and helping them understand the broader cyber threats landscape. I took special initiative in engaging with students, fostering cyber security awareness and empowerment in telecommunications.This impactful role strengthened my communication, public engagement, and cybersecurity skills and earned me a formal appreciation from the Additional Director General of Telecommunications, Haryana LSA, for my exemplary commitment and outreach efforts.
