Hello, my name is Soyoung Lim, graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a concentration on data analytics. I completed my bachelor's degree majoring in Economics. I actively participated in the stock investment club for university students during my undergrad for three years. This allowed me to learn how to analyze the business models of companies, understand the market and expand my network. After graduation, I worked as a Structured Finance Credit Analyst for 2years. As a credit analyst, I had an opportunity to gain proficiency in financial contract terms, deal procedures, and characteristics of assets and bonds by assigning credit ratings based on quantitative and legal analysis of the credit risk of ABS transactions.
