As the kids fitness instructor at Crossfit Maricopa I develop and conduct a weekly fitness class. The philosophy of Crossfit is a regimen of constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity. I take that philosophy, adapt it to my students ages 5 to 14, thus enabling them learn and execute the workouts safely and effectively.
