Managed budgets exceeding $1M+, including federal cooperative agreements, corporate, and foundation grants deliverables. Led ~10 new public-facing partnerships, strengthening 50+ partnerships, and recruiting 60+ new partners. Through outreach and advocacy, 1.6 million trained from e-learning which created much buzz that resulted in being sought out for public facing interviews, including New York Times. • Strategized, created, and led partnerships with Airbnb, the largest US social media company, Hard Rock, and other global hospitality and travel corporations to inform their internal policies, programs, reporting and tools on child safety best practices, trust, safety, and corporate social responsibility. • Collaborated cross functionally with NGOs, government entities, human rights groups, legal firms, and corporations to develop, train, and educate community members on the intersections of human rights issues, distilling complex concepts into user friendly training resources. • Create targeted materials highlighting systemic injustices fueling child exploitation/trafficking; provide cultural/intersectionality training to increase social impact; educate hotels, travel, rideshares, transit, healthcare, tech industries on intersections with human trafficking.• Recruited companies and provided technical assistance for 60 companies through an advisor role for The Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (The Code)-- a multi stakeholder initiative to provide awareness, tools and support to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.

Consulted on safe housing options for people experiencing gender-based violence involving 155 participants. Create programs, services, and materials that are trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and inclusive of marginalized and impacted communities through consulting, training, and the implementation of best practices. Train on cultural capacity building to ensure full inclusivity of diverse identities. • Facilitate and provide recommendations on trauma-informed linguistic inclusion to projects and programs, and technical assistance around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. • Advise on trauma-informed and survivor-informed inclusive programming to support gender-based violence and criminal legal system impacted communities.

Built an outreach program from the ground-up around mutually beneficial relationships from scratch to ultimately training over 30k people. Provided technical assistance to over 40 external partners to increase organizational knowledge on how human trafficking intersects with issues like racial equity, language access, and cultural nuance. Successfully managed program for 6 years, grew the capacity of the program to 8 team members at any given time, tracked deliverables for federal grants, and established an agency-wide Outreach Working Group. • Developed and strengthened cross-functional relationships with media, government, community, and related organizations; curated culturally sensitive communication materials on human trafficking. • Created and implemented new programs and structures to support the strategic direction of the ATI.• Advised on policies supporting human trafficking victims and survivors to external stakeholders, including but not limited to government officials, task forces, community members, and survivors.

Reviewed and assessed 85+ non-profit legal program applications and reporting while providing technical assistance and feedback to improve programs. Solicited feedback from grantees in order to improve and better support the grant-making process. • Processed and reviewed 85+ grant proposals, including screening and managing the Fund’s grants database. • Created a streamlined applicant and grantee files system from application to processing payments through the New York State Financial System and Grants Gateway.

Set-up and managed a pilot project for a residential program for immigrant survivors of sex trafficking, including a volunteer system and initiatives for the residents. Adapted the program in real-time to ensure trauma-informed practices and sustainability which is shown as the program continues on to this day. • Set-up the safe house structure, from theory into application, within the first year of opening. • Conducted informal counseling, check-ups, and bi-weekly safe house meetings for 9 safe house participants.• Managed over 20 volunteers by overseeing the beginning steps of the volunteer application process and facilitating their orientation and training.
