Managed budgets exceeding $1M+, including federal cooperative agreements, corporate, and foundation grants deliverables. Led ~10 new public-facing partnerships, strengthening 50+ partnerships, and recruiting 60+ new partners. Through outreach and advocacy, 1.6 million trained from e-learning which created much buzz that resulted in being sought out for public facing interviews, including New York Times. • Strategized, created, and led partnerships with Airbnb, the largest US social media company, Hard Rock, and other global hospitality and travel corporations to inform their internal policies, programs, reporting and tools on child safety best practices, trust, safety, and corporate social responsibility. • Collaborated cross functionally with NGOs, government entities, human rights groups, legal firms, and corporations to develop, train, and educate community members on the intersections of human rights issues, distilling complex concepts into user friendly training resources. • Create targeted materials highlighting systemic injustices fueling child exploitation/trafficking; provide cultural/intersectionality training to increase social impact; educate hotels, travel, rideshares, transit, healthcare, tech industries on intersections with human trafficking.• Recruited companies and provided technical assistance for 60 companies through an advisor role for The Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (The Code)-- a multi stakeholder initiative to provide awareness, tools and support to prevent the sexual exploitation of children.
