With almost 20 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, and operations, I founded LaunchPoint, a non-profit organization that creates high-quality, career-relevant, paid internships for college students from low-income and underrepresented communities. By partnering with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion, we enable eager, young talent to gain professional experience while delivering real business value. Our mission is to bridge the opportunity gap and prepare the next generation of leaders for the future of work.As a startup adviser and business consultant, I also leverage my versatile, data-driven, and full-funnel marketing perspective to help organizations grow, scale, and transition to the next stage of their evolution.
