Zipline is one of Australia’s fastest growing B2B SaaS startups.Zipline helps automate compliance and visitor management for frontline healthcare teams. In this role, I helped turn product NPS green, and expanded scope from one part of the product to all products in the aged care segment, adding new verticals and geographies.

Cofounded one of Australia's largest student-powered education startups, which was acquired by global education company Elevate Education in 2019. I then consulted full-time for the first quarter of 2020 to help execute the integration. From 2014 onwards as CEO, managed our portfolio of products, achieving year-over-year growth despite being bootstrapped. ConnectApp SaaS Product• Managed customer accounts from acquisition through to onboarding and activation.• Led discovery and delivery, managed team of designer, engineer, sales rep and content specialist. • Grew product to 1000 trial users, 100 paid users and 80 pilot schools in one year. Lectures Product• Took over product in 2015, transforming business model from B2C to B2B2C, growing schools revenue by 600% in one year. Reshaped our core business with predictable, recurring revenue.• Defined school-centric product vision, product requirements and customer experience. Enabled simplified logistics and customisation to customer needs, turning us into the market leader.• Maintained high customer sat (98%) and grew retention (from 65% to 85%) as the company scaled.Tutoring Product• Instrumented product specs, service model and sales process for new classes product in 2015.• Grew revenue 20-50% annually by expanding the value proposition and addressable market. • Bet on a new private tutoring offering using data from lost sales, adding 10% revenue in first year.Customer Success & Growth• Designed multi-channel marketing and sales strategy, deployed HubSpot and new marketing stack.• Worked with senior school leadership to create value for 50 high-value customer accounts.• Maintained high customer satisfaction and retention rates as the company scaled.
