Applications Erp Account Executive - Public Sector At Oracle

During my tenure at Oracle, we were the first & only IT OEM that offered an integrated suite of cloud applications and a cloud infrastructure platform, within the ZA territory. Leveraging Oracle’s cloud apps, I was able to provide my assigned PS-ZA key accounts with the cloud tools to build & implement process changes faster, in order to ultimately extend their applications better. My sales bag consisted of Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX).Within the Public Sector, I worked with Oracle's largest Enterprise-level accounts in South Africa (ZA). I successfully led the development of my assigned territory from a $900k (FY 2018) to a $1,3 million revenue generator (January – August, FY 2019). My key responsibilities included: - Generating revenue for the Oracle PS team by identifying and calling into high potential accounts (net-new/greenfield & dormants) with organisational pain points and business objectives which Oracle could contribute to addressing. - I actively developed, maintained and progressed a healthy pipeline of four times (4X) coverage, against my assigned quota. - I achieved the above through using active demand generation techniques which included active prospecting (cold calls, emails and warm referrals) for new leads, qualification of sales opportunities and the speedy and disciplined development of these opportunities to closure/launch. - Within higher sales stage opportunities, I led the creation of a solid and detailed close/launch plan. - Lastly, I was responsible for coordinating Oracle’s Line-of-Business (LoB) sales motion within PS Key/Strategic accounts.Achievements:- The successful development and growth of C-level relationships within ZA-PS, which contributed to 55% of my revenue in FY 2018-2019, made up of new/greenfield accounts. - My focus on new business development was a key enabler in the attainment of my quota at 108%- I was the first South African Account Manager to launch (close) Oracle ZA’s first Cloud deal in Public Sector.
