    As co-founder I started this in November 2020 and officially got registered and incubated by WIBC (Wouldn't It Be Cool Ideas) in March 2021. The business has two streams namely extraction and aggregation. The extraction component consists of extracting oils and proteins from the Tobacco plant while using the by- products as animal feeds etc. The Second component is based on aggregation, when farmers aren't able to deliver on their set targets to the leaf buyers, we assist them by adding to their total promised produce output. Though we based our business model on Tobacco, using hydroponics we have found ourselves branching out into crop production. Essentially we are starting to supply supermarkets with Micro-Greens, herbs and selected vegetables.The reason why we call it Agri-tech is that, apart from using hydroponics for our production we are starting to incorporate sensors within our systems. This allows us to monitor the farms remotely while also gathering data and specific data touch points that assist us in understanding how to best grow our crops. We plan to go public with our hydroponic remote monitoring system by 2025.

    I was responsible for developing and executing against the EMEA territory coverage plan for Hitachi’s Public Sector (PS) industry vertical within the South Africa (ZA) business unit. This was a two-pronged strategy which consisted of: (1) The conversion of Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) clients who historically consumed on-premises core storage, into Hitachi Vantara Digital customers (Hitachi’s next-gen, cloud services) through the maintenance and farming of existing accounts via cross and upselling of complementary solutions (25%) within the ZA PS industry vertical. (2) The development and successful closing/launch of new business from net new customers within ZA-PS (75%) industry vertical. My assigned territory consisted of National, Provincial & Local Government & State-Owned Entities within the South Africa (ZA) Public Sector (PS). My audience predominantly consisted of procurement, HR & finance functions stakeholders with decision making capabilities. My key responsibilities included: (a.) The creation and articulation of a compelling value proposition around Hitachi’s cloud infrastructure services within the ZA-PS territory. Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. (b.) As the sole Enterprise Account Manager assigned to the ZA-PS territory, I was responsible for the management of 87 accounts concurrently & strategically. My accounts consisted of named billing accounts (25%) and net-new must win accounts (75%). Achievments:- I closed/launched four Key Cloud Transformation Deals within 7 of my assigned ZA-PS accounts. These accounts were identified as Strategic (named) accounts for Hitachi ZA for FY 2020. - I achieved 105% of my ZA-PS quota, against an annual quota of $3 million.

    During my tenure at Oracle, we were the first & only IT OEM that offered an integrated suite of cloud applications and a cloud infrastructure platform, within the ZA territory. Leveraging Oracle’s cloud apps, I was able to provide my assigned PS-ZA key accounts with the cloud tools to build & implement process changes faster, in order to ultimately extend their applications better. My sales bag consisted of Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX).Within the Public Sector, I worked with Oracle's largest Enterprise-level accounts in South Africa (ZA). I successfully led the development of my assigned territory from a $900k (FY 2018) to a $1,3 million revenue generator (January – August, FY 2019). My key responsibilities included: - Generating revenue for the Oracle PS team by identifying and calling into high potential accounts (net-new/greenfield & dormants) with organisational pain points and business objectives which Oracle could contribute to addressing. - I actively developed, maintained and progressed a healthy pipeline of four times (4X) coverage, against my assigned quota. - I achieved the above through using active demand generation techniques which included active prospecting (cold calls, emails and warm referrals) for new leads, qualification of sales opportunities and the speedy and disciplined development of these opportunities to closure/launch. - Within higher sales stage opportunities, I led the creation of a solid and detailed close/launch plan. - Lastly, I was responsible for coordinating Oracle’s Line-of-Business (LoB) sales motion within PS Key/Strategic accounts.Achievements:- The successful development and growth of C-level relationships within ZA-PS, which contributed to 55% of my revenue in FY 2018-2019, made up of new/greenfield accounts. - My focus on new business development was a key enabler in the attainment of my quota at 108%- I was the first South African Account Manager to launch (close) Oracle ZA’s first Cloud deal in Public Sector.

I maintained a regular cadence of continuous review, refinement and disciplined execution of the deal close plan. - Conversion rate improvement (on-prem & cloud)- Focusing on innovative customer references in 2017 and embarking new technologiesAchievements: Achieved 155% of my number, against an annual quota of EUR 1,5 million euros in FY 2016.
