Review historical sales trends, promotional volumes , research demand drivers, prepare forecast data , evaluate forecast results & modify forecast in line with changes.Lead the region activities/promotions plan and sync volume assumption with forecast data and alsolead the regional S & Op processes to form strong collaborative consensus planning and alignment.Drive continuous improvement of Forecast Accuracy through constant monitoring of Forecast error trends, identifying Forecast error drivers and developing plans/action to mitigate them with key stakeholder Analyze impact of varying Demand and Supply scenarios to ensure supply across the depot with the aim of mitigating the risk of product expiry & running OOS.Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.Provide input to the Supply Chain Planning team in developing inventory strategies on existing SKUs, new products, and product phase-outs.Planning at detailed levels of aggregation for various timelines (ranging from short termed to long termed) to support not only supply planning & stock planning but also to aid negotiations, purchasing, budget and planning processes.
