Support higher education institutions in identifying and eliminating barriers to student equity and success. I provide customized diagnostic analyses, cohort coaching, and consulting services to partner institutions. I guide institutions and help them implement data-driven interventions and strategic changes aimed at improving student retention, progression, and graduation rates.

Provided strategic leadership, vision, and administrative oversight for project implementation and compliance for the multi-campus High School Equivalency Program (HEP) and College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP). Served as point of contact for institutional and off-campus collaborations and the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Migrant Education.

Oversaw a multi-million dollar grant and implemented the monitoring of scholar participation in high-impact practices, such as study abroad (Global Learning), capstone experiences, first-year seminars, learning communities, and undergraduate research, to ensure progression, retention, and graduation. I was also able to identify and make visible the systemic barriers that interfere with student success and provide programming to address these needs.

Established community outreach programs to enhance the recruitment and retention of students resulting in obtaining a $5,000 sponsorship from a corporate donor, Dell Technologies. I was also able to develop cultural training and supervise undergraduate and graduate assistants to ensure a welcoming environment across Georgia State University's five campuses.

Established UNG’s first Spanish Open House sessions and campus tours in efforts to expand UNG’s community outreach impact. I also designed the Spanish admissions webpage and the implementation of a Spanish channel within UNG’s mobile application.

Created a streamlined process for students seeking assistance with Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Multicultural Student Affairs offices. I also directly trained and supervised over telecenter undergraduate student counselors per semester to meet department enrollment and Open House goals.
