For the past ten years, I worked within the Specialty Coffee industry through a variety of different roles. The start of it all was simply meant to be a typical barista job while I was in college getting my BA. However, it quickly grew into an unexpected love and fascination for this incredible industry. Whether I was working as a barista, as store manager, or as the Director of Coffee Learning my main focus has always been on our customer's experience. While I no longer work within the walls of a coffee shop, this is still something that guides my work as a Marketing Coordinator at Trade.I'm very resourceful and always interested in learning new concepts and skills. In the past few years, I've taught myself a few basic skills so that my team and I could be more self-reliant such as:- Basic CSS and HTML in order to have more control over our marketing landers- Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma in order to take away some of the busy work away from our Lead Designer- Integrated Campaign Brief creation so that our team can start planning our campaigns in advance.- Marketing QA Process creation in order to make sure that the user experience is as expected... and that's mostly just what I can put into words. I'm very much someone who will use my creativity to figure out ways to get things done without sacrificing quality and I'm sure I'll have more to add to this list in the future.
