Additionally, reconciling benefits statements, conducting payroll and benefits-related reconciliations, updating records in the ADP database, and processing paperwork for new hires, terminations, and status changes are key tasks.This position also involves assisting with the performance review process, supporting HR Manager with research or special projects, and contributing to the recruitment and interview process. Creating new employee personnel files, organizing paperwork in employee files, and fulfilling other assigned duties as needed to meet business requirements are part of the role.Furthermore, planning and coordinating employee events, newsletters, implementing the employee Rideshare program, and other employee-related initiatives alongside the HR Manager is essential for fostering a positive work environment and engaging employees.
