- Primary point of contact for CONCACAF, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), and all other relevant stakeholders on all matters related to the Jamaica Women Football Federation (JWFF) during the competition.- Submitting a daily report to the LOC, which includes all the JWFF’s activities, incidents, and movements.- Ensuring that the operations around the JWFF run smoothly.- Coordinating and exchanging information, in particular, any last-minute changes of the daily schedule as per agreed process.- Communicating with all stakeholders in charge of other team services-related activities such as transportation, training sites, accommodation, medical, security, and media.- Coordinating all JWFF-related logistical operations with the Team Kit Manager.- Serving as the liaison between the JWFF and the hotel staff.- Ensuring that the training site facilities and all relevant equipment are ready, including medical staff and ambulances are in place for the training sessions.
