I have been in professional practice for over thirty years. I served as a director of a publicly traded company operating in the capital markets. I was also a member of the board of directors of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. an Israeli NASDAQ traded company. Currently, I act as the vice chairman of Naftali Investment Group Ltd. and as director and chairman of several of the group's companies. I am also the internal auditor of Discount Investment of the IDB group and serve as a director in several publicly traded companies. I have acquired considerable experience working with technology companies, fund raising and in the identification of investment opportunities for clients. In recent years, I am a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Haifa.In addition, I am an active member of The Friends of Raveh-Ravid Fund. The Fund was established in 2007 with the aim of encouraging and developing an educated and qualitative leadership in Israel with a high social awareness. The scholarship program is operated in cooperation with the University of Haifa. The Fund gives full tuition scholarships to exceptional students from peripheral areas with excellent leadership potential, studying on all academic tracks, from BA to PhD.
