At NewPace, I lead the product development, technological strategy and innovation for a groundbreaking platform of wearable and implantable devices that monitor and protect patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. I managed the development and commercialization of Trig Medical cutting-edge products, consisting of the LaborPro™ a non-invasive labor and delivery monitoring system and TrigGuide™ needle guidance platform enabling accurate and safe needle guidance, target selection, intervention planning and progress monitoring using ultra sound imaging. My responsibilities included management of product and overall R&D activities, risk management, system design, leading complex projects across software, hardware, advanced image processing and 3D algorithms, integration of new technologies and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions.Managed different teams consisting of algorithm development, SW development, product design, development & production and QA & testing with in-house and out-sourced resources (domestic and international). Additionally, I directed product marketing, customer training, technical support working closely with commercial and clinical study sites and strategic planning.Oversee the company operations and production, quality control, and regulatory compliance and submissions, coordinating with strategic partners and subcontractors in the USA, EU, China, and Korea.

MediGuide™ developed an innovative electromagnetic field technology that accurately locates device-based sensors within three-dimensional space used for enhancing precision in medical imaging and device tracking. I managed the software application group responsible for the complex development of the company main product application used for navigation and positioning of medical devices within the human heart. Managed specifications definitions, design, UI/UX, resources, project work plan, SW implementation, integration and testing, SQA and overseeing real-time 3D graphics and advanced signal processing and computer vision algorithms development integrating with CT, X-Ray, ECG, and magnetic positioning data.In addition, I played a pivotal role in the development of advanced algorithms and capabilities for future applications, focusing on proof-of-concept innovations, prototypes, and capabilities enhancements. Throughout my tenure, I collaborated closely (joint development projects) with multidisciplinary in-house teams and strategic international partners (Boston Scientific, Philips Medical, and Siemens Medical).
