I am a supervisor of safe and healthy schools at Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE), where I lead the strategic planning and design of restorative justice (RJ) implementation efforts at school sites. I have a doctorate in leadership and innovation from New York University, and over seven years of experience as an RJ consultant and trainer.My core competencies include workshop facilitation, youth mentoring, conflict resolution, and data analysis. I collaborate with various committees and workgroups at county and district levels, and coach and train staff and students on RJ practices, such as circle facilitation, community building, and harm repair. I also evaluate and monitor campus implementation and gather data to measure the impact of RJ on school outcomes. My mission is to promote equity and social justice in education, and empower students and staff to create positive change in their communities.
