Responsible for execution in support of site based Configuration and change/data management activities as a part of the change request cycle for software, hardware and general documentation. •Support the review, preparation, delivery, and checking of data, documentation, & engineering changes per documented procedures and governing regulatory authorities and standards. •Support configuration and/or data related activities. i.e., change task execution, number assignments, data gathering for reports, maintain delivery logs, documentation preparation/analysis. • In charge of ensuring the flow of information to all key areas of the business affected by Engineering Changes to Products (Finished Products, Raw Materials, Software and Firmware )• Provide technical guidance and information to Service Centers regarding Engineering Changes• Responsible of the creation of Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP as well as the basic Engineering material master views.• Develop work instructions for new products.• Provide support to coordinate and track special processes such as pilot runs of major or critical changes in the products.• Managment of non-conforming material and quarantine inventories to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008• Coordinate rework with external suppliers• Mentor new hires for training and knowledge transfer (SAP, and Engineering business processes)• Improve the Quality of products and processes through Kaizen events participation
