- Stock bookings & accountancy for Retails & Outlets (Sales, Obsolets, Depreciation, Stock...)- Responsible for the accurate recording of invoice/ inter-company booking and general ledger entries. - Responsible for the payment processing. - Carry out monitoring and supporting trade payable processing. - Responsible for developing and improving AP/IC procedures and controls. - Be an active player in the monthly closing process.- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, involving maintenance of vendor master data, recording invoices accurately and preparation of payments. - Implementation of a new AP system and new processes - Maintenance and control & mapping of the interfaces for intercompany invoices - Inter-company reconciliation (Balance sheet and P& L) - Pre-analysis between the Budgeting and the Actuals to accurate accruals facing the monthly closing.- Calculation, and follow up sales representative’s commissions & samples control.- Create new procedures and manuals to support the migration from Local Business- Support new mapping process for the interface between ERP`s after acquisition of a new brunch of business.
