Five years ago, at the early stage of my professional life, I was at an International Fair with over 90k attendees. A potential customer approached me wanting to have a conversation with the direction team which was busy at the time. The customer left their business card and a minute later my manager tells me about them and asks me to call them asap. The place was crowded and full of noise, the customer won’t reply the phone and since it was the only gap they had before other meetings, I decided to run and look for the customer. I found them, had a nice chat on our way back and got a “She´s a keeper” from the customer to my managers. Greatest compliment I ever got. My super power? Adaptability.I tested it in different environments where I had to adapt to completely diverse conditions, cultures, target market and necessities. I can take pride of myself affirming that my client’s needs (either from buyers, students and toddlers) were always fulfilled. I wish I could say my obsession for time efficiency and productivity restricts to work, but that’s how my daily life runs. Getting things scratched from my to do list is extremely satisfying. I´m a provider, a problem solver and organizer who gets motivated by working and interacting with people that enriches my day to day. My drive to continuous improvement and learning never stops.
