Managing 50 Workers in my department, I oversee the following activities of development:• SharePoint• Dynamic CRM• Business Objects• SQL Server 2014 BI Suite• CA Service Desk• .NetApart from development, my areas of responsibility include:• The external internet site for the Municipality: www.tel-aviv.gov.il • The internal knowledge portal for the Municipality which includes business workflows between different units• Digital archives - internal and external sites showcasing the engineering data for the different buildings in the city: http://archive-binyan.tel-aviv.gov.il/pages/homepage.aspx • A BI solution ranging from the layout of the architecture to development and deployment of solutions from different products over topics ranging from:Municipal taxes, Human Resource, Parking, Monitoring the service level to the residents and businesses in the city etc. Our BI solution has over 300 customers in the municipality• CRM – an overall look at all the resident, business-owner, worker and visitor inquires with the Municipality through the Municipality's 106 Plus Call Center, Public Inquiries System, internet site, Facebook page and letters. The CRM system gives us a 360 degrees look at the residents, business-owners, workers and visitors • Defining the Education Portal in the city:o Enabling new teaching, learning and assessment processes in a collaborative environment, creating a dialogue between all the partners and preparing them for future challenges.o Laying down the infrastructure for the pupils and the educational – managerial team in accordance with the digital age.o Enabling the educational team to easily asses' potential in the technological environment and understanding how to leverage it to their better use. • CA Service Desk• ShareDocs• System SharePoint
