ICL-IP During my work as Packaging Engineer at this Global Company I had the opportunity to be in contact for Technical Support with Strategic Business Units Managers for the different chain of products, direct contact with our International Offices when requested, Local plant Unit managers at different levels , in order that anyone receive the help and support needed to good understanding the right way for using and storing our wide range of packages in order to assure customer's satisfaction for what he first of all see when FCL reaches his plant , i.e. external presentation of the product through its package view since it was sent by vessel, until it reaches the final customer's facilities.
