Built a multi-role/multi-user frontend internal web portal, and backend handling porting life-cycle and inter-connectivity with other network components.

Following Tdsoft merger with VocalTec, I've been assigned to the Essentra CX SIP to SS7 Media Gateway Controller R&D team.Working on Linux based server platform, using C, C++ and JAVA (JNI) programming languages, maintained and developed new features for the product while improving and fixing existing software components.Position required mastering telephony protocols like SS7-ISUP and ISDN-PRI, VoIP protocols like SIP/SIP-T, SDP, Megaco, M3UA and IUA over SIGTRAN, as well as management interfaces using SNMP and WebServices (WSDL).Performed system integration and software adjustments for various Signaling Gateways and SS7 switch vendors while product was being deployed in Africa, South America, Europe and Russia.

A member of the TdGATE VoATM access gateway R&D team, working on a VxWorks real time embedded platform.Developed new features for the system while providing fixes and solutions for both QA and customer care teams.Development performed on Tornado IDE for VxWorks using C programming language.Under my responsibilities was the software release procedure and documentation, and I also acted as an integration engineer, providing support to other team members with any hardware or system testing issues.

As QA engineer for the TdGATE VoATM access gateway, I took part in testing and analyzing system faults and performance, involving both hardware and software tests on a VxWorks based real time embedded platform.Worked closely with the R&D and in-house hardware team to analyze problems, test possible solutions and validate both hardware and software fixes.I was also responsible keeping the testing lab up and running, maintaining DSL, ATM, V5, CAS, ELCP and IP networks environments, working with various analog and digital testing equipment.
