I am a Junior at Indiana University, studying Finance at the Kelley School of Business. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana, where I have lived for the past 14 years after moving from the West Coast. As a people-oriented problem-solver, I am always eager to learn and grow by treating new challenges as opportunities to expand my skills and expertise. In both my personal and professional lives, I consistently show a willingness to adapt to whatever situation I find myself in, whether that means teaching myself how to do something new, as I did in high school when I had to figure out how to work the line at Chipotle on my very first day (without any training), getting disparate groups of people to collaborate and work together, as I did over Spring Break 2023 when I organized a road trip and week-long Airbnb stay for ten friends from three different schools, or just taking charge, as I have done every Christmas, Super Bowl and March Madness Selection Sunday since I was 11, to organize picks, update standings and notify the winners of my extended family’s NBA, NFL and NCAA pools (all done for entertainment purposes only, of course). In all these instances, I take pride in my ability to assess challenges, identify needs, and work collaboratively to come up with win-win solutions. It is this attitude, combined with the education I am receiving as a Direct Admit to the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, that makes me believe I am well-positioned to thrive in today's fast-paced business environment and would be an asset to any company willing to give me a chance. My long-term career goal is to work in finance for a company that appreciates my skills, abilities, and passions.
