▪ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of each Enterprise Client's payrolls globally▪ Review defects or gaps in each client's process to determine how to streamline the payroll process and holding CAMs responsible for internal/external deliverables and deadlines by reviewing monthly checklists and metrics (SLAs, KPIs, GLs)▪ Keep clients contained to our scope of services by driving the terms of each specific SOW and ensure that the billing is done for all services▪ First point of escalation internally and externally ensuring effective escalation management ▪ Conduct Root cause analysis and develop action plans for recurring issues▪ Responsibility for interacting with the client: client's complete satisfaction and meetings exceeding client contractual SLAs and KPIs

▪ Managing end to end activities related to key customer contracts▪ Billing management, ordering capability, commercial inventory, invoice production, second level cash collection and claims resolution;▪ Performance Management: ensure all KPI's for OTC activities and quality are met;▪ People Management: coordinating all analysts (matrix structure) working on billing preparation, re-rating, reporting;▪ CBU Project Manager having coordinated: Power BI improvements and Automation; Earrach Migration, Customised Billing Setup projects

▪ Complex stock, billing, risk plan and payments reporting, exception troubleshooting and solution implementation to solve errors and reduce loss;▪ Monitor all payment proposal exceptions and solve in a timely manner all issues to insure SLA achievement;▪ Contract management for internal and external partners;▪ Stock market review, analysis and issuing recommendations;▪ Monitoring the calculations for every delivered commodity;▪ Billing coordination and financial analysis;▪ Maintaining professional and proactive relationships with partners to solve all issues regarding payment processing;▪ Month-end financial closing support (commodity transfer-wise)
